Times
Orders leave within 2 working days of confirmation. With a bank transfer, the 2 days start from receipt of the payment. When the order leaves you receive an email with the tracking number.
Italy, with GLS
Indicative delivery in 2-4 working days from dispatch. The rate is calculated on the weight of the order and the delivery zone, and you see it at checkout before confirming.

Special cases
- For orders over 100 kg, for Malta, Cyprus and for countries outside the European Union, write to support@stagionelloservice.it: we will prepare a quote.
- If the parcel arrives damaged, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, as described in the Returns and refunds policy.
- For the consumer, the risk of loss or damage passes at the time of delivery (art. 63 of the Italian Consumer Code). Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver within 30 days of the order (art. 61).
